Caught up in a sandstorm at Las Teresitas BeachWe felt like we were trekking across the Sahara with the wind whipping and the sand swirling. Indeed we were. We learned that the sand on this beach was brought over from the Sahara Desert! The other beaches on this island have black sand on this volcanic island.
