Amazing to be reunited with my friend Ginger here in the Canary Islands of all places! We met over 4 years ago as fellow nursing students in California at a training program on caring for the spiritual needs of patients. At that time, we discovered we shared a common dream: to serve as nurses aboard a Mercy Ship one day. Today this dream has come true, an example of God's faithfulness. Ginger will be working as an operating room nurse while I will be working in the patient ward.

Reunited and it feels so good!

AC this is awesome! We prayed for you on Sunday in small groups and Michelle prayed that you would make a friend quickly. I am pretty sure this is not what she had in mind, but wow it is what God had in mind.

ReplyDeleteI'm always awed by God's impact in out lives and that He always knows our hearts and the dreams they contain. How wonderful that 4 years ago the two of you had a dream to be on the Mercy Ship and here you both are! God is awesome. Praying more wonders to be revealed.
